Key Responsibilities:
Update master sheets and SAI sheets with accurate information.
Monitor and update order statuses in real-time.
Maintain records of available vs. shipped items.
Book shipments and coordinate with couriers (e.g., ShipIt, Ecomove).
Track and report shipment statuses.
Manage supplies for the office and partners, including order processing and inventory management.
Monitor tasks for partner sewers and ensure timely reporting.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Available and responsive online during work hours.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Able to consult and decide on simple issues independently.
Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or similar fields is preferred.
