We are looking for a Mid-Level or Senior .NET Developer skilled in both development and support activities. The focus is on support activities, handling client incidents, but the level of complexity of the changes usually require L3 knowledge, so developers are a good fit. This person will be assisted by a development team located in Brazil and will handle incidents and requests from client team in the United States, so the English must be strong.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with CI&T to support an international client, acting as a Developer and SRE (Site Reliability Engineer).Your main focus will be to perform code changes, fixes and apply processes and tools related to SRE practices.Create solutions in partnership with the client that ensure the reliability, availability, performance, and resilience of web platforms.Work with processing and analyzing logs and metrics to seek preventive and standardized monitoring solutions that fit the client’s environment.Requirements & QualificationsSolid experience at least 4 to 5 years in software development (.NET)Strong communication skills with a focus on collaboration and partnership with clients.Foundational knowledge of infrastructure and system architecture.Experience with CI/CD tools.Experience working in cloud environments (preferably Azure).Familiarity with REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio.Nice to HavePractices related to DevOps culture and SRE discipline.Monitoring and analysis of applications and infrastructure.Processing and analysis of distributed logs.Additional InformationSalary Offered: Commensurate with experienceBenefits: To be discussed during the interviewWork Arrangement: Remote (subject to certain conditions and requirements)Shift Schedule: Night (specific hours TBD); 9 hours a day, 5 days a weekInterview Arrangement: All interviews are being held remotely through Google Meet.*Currently, this job is open only for applicants residing in the Philippines.
