Job description

This is a remote position.

Summary
We are looking for a Virtual Receptionist to join our team. This role involves providing remote customer service and administrative support, ensuring seamless communication and efficient management of client interactions. The Virtual Receptionist will handle a variety of tasks, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries, social media management, all while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls and inquiries, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
  • Call clients to schedule appointments based on social media and website inquiries or follow-ups.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Provide excellent customer service to pet owners, addressing concerns and inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
  • Assist with social media content creation and engagement to boost the clinic’s online presence.
  • Encourage satisfied clients to leave positive reviews on platforms like Google.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as updating client records, processing payments, and managing emails


Requirements
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or in a customer service role.
  • Previous experience in the veterinary or medical industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using EzyVet software or similar veterinary/medical software is a strong advantage.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet and phone connections.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and software.
Additional Job Details:

Set-up and Location: Remote/ WFH
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AET) | 6:00 AM-3:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
