Job description

This is a remote position.

Do you have the marketing, sales and customer service skills required to help a local sporting business grow? We

are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be pivotal with the growth of the business.

Main Responsibilities:

Drive new business via school, corporate and fundraising programs
Secure sponsorship opportunities
Convert new leads to members
Develop training programs
Streamline systems and procedures
Identify cross and up selling strategies
Manage the membership portal and bookings

Requirements

Skills required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of proven experience in Business Development and sales
Creative and resourceful
Proactive, well-organized and ability to multitask
Passion for health and wellbeing
Knowledge of surf ski paddling preferable

Additional Job Details:

Set-up and Location: Remote/ WFH

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time)

Employment Type: Full-time
