Job description

tewobo is an early-stage company on a mission to boost business productivity by delivering intelligent solutions that streamline complex processes and enhance decision-making. Headquartered in Singapore, we focus on introducing impactful platforms with a proven track record of delivering tangible outcomes to the region.

As we expand, we’re seeking an Implementation Developer with hands-on experience in system integrations, testing, and building conversational AI workflows to join our dynamic team.

The Role

Position Overview

We are seeking an Implementation Developer who will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of Moveworks’ AI-based conversational workflows and integrations with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in integrations, experience in developing and testing workflows, and a deep understanding of Moveworks' capabilities. You will play a critical role in helping our clients realize the full potential of the platform through seamless system integrations and well-designed workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrations & Development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Moveworks integrations with various enterprise systems (HR, ITSM, CRM, etc.) and data sources (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Okta).
  • Develop custom integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between Moveworks and third-party systems.
  • Build, test, and deploy APIs, webhooks, and other integration components.
  • Conversational Workflow Design
  • Design, develop, and optimize natural language-driven workflows within the Moveworks platform to automate business processes and provide accurate, real-time support.
  • Build and maintain workflows that automate IT service management tasks (e.g., ticket creation, password reset, incident resolution).
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of built workflows and integrations.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to create comprehensive test plans, identify potential issues, and perform thorough validation on all systems and workflows before deployment.
  • Use monitoring tools to ensure smooth operation of deployed solutions and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Client Collaboration & Support
  • Serve as a key technical resource during client onboarding, guiding them through setup, implementation, and integration of Moveworks solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, helping resolve technical challenges related to integrations, workflows, and platform usage.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
  • Create and maintain technical documentation on integrations, workflows, and codebases.
  • Share best practices and knowledge with internal teams and clients to ensure continuous improvement in implementation strategies.

Ideal Profile

Key Skills & Experience

  • Technical Expertise
  • Strong experience with API development, web services (REST/SOAP), and integration technologies (e.g., webhooks, OAuth, SSO).
  • Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms (preferably Moveworks or similar) and NLP-driven workflows.
  • Conversational Workflow Design
  • Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying automated workflows in a conversational interface environment.
  • Ability to create highly engaging and effective workflows that balance user intent recognition with automation tasks.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Solid experience in unit testing, integration testing, and test automation tools.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools like Postman, JUnit, and Selenium.
  • Collaboration & Problem-Solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • Communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
