Accounts Receivable Specialist | Night Shift | WFH

GoTeam is seeking for detail-oriented with a knack for ensuring timely and accurate payments? Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and play a vital role in maintaining our vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle of Accounts Receivable duties
• Prepare journal entries and ledger reconciliations
• Assist in month-end close processes
• Process daily customer deposits and record customer refunds
• Research and resolve account discrepancies, including performing account reconciliations
• Coordinate with collections and other teams to resolve customer billing/payment discrepancies
• Contact customers to collect past due balances
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and coordinators
• Assist in periodic financial audits
• Record account write-offs, bad debts, and sales tax adjustments
• Generate and review AR Aging reports
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel
• Hands-on experience working with general ledgers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Detail and deadline oriented
