Role Overview:
As a Senior Accountant, you will lead financial reporting, oversee accounting operations, and provide strategic insights to a diverse client base. This role demands leadership capabilities, financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex engagements in a dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Lead financial reporting processes, including month-end closings, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Review and oversee accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide strategic insights through budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Implement and optimize financial systems (e.g., Xero, Dext, Karbon).
• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to develop actionable strategies for financial optimization.

Skills and Qualifications:

• CPA designation (or actively pursuing) is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in accounting, with leadership experience being an asset.
• Proficiency in CAS tools like Xero, Dext, and Karbon.
• Strong financial analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
