Job Title: Technical Support and Development Specialist
Location: Remote (Global)
Salary Range: $2,000-$2,500 USD/month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST (Project-based flexibility as needed)

Position Overview:
The Technical Support and Development Specialist will play a dual role, providing IT customer support during off-peak hours and contributing to software development and implementation of innovative solutions. A key focus will be testing and sourcing AI-driven technologies and integrating them into the business to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary IT support resource during specified hours, addressing technical issues and ensuring continuity of operations.
  
• Develop and customize software solutions based on project needs.
  
• Evaluate and set up open-source and AI-based tools for company use.
  
• Test, source, and implement innovative AI technologies to enhance business operations.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and demo proof-of-concept solutions.
  
• Web Application Development
• Docker Integration: Set up a Docker environment for the web application.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proficient in React, WordPress, or similar open-source platforms.
  
• Solid understanding of networking, SQL, and APIs.
  
• Experience with AI tools and models, with a keen interest in innovation.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proven track record of independent project delivery.
  
• Excellent English communication skills.
  
• Familiarity with Docker containerization and deployment.

• Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
  
• Hands-on experience in designing user-centric IT solutions.
