Job Title: Data Analyst Trainee (Remote – India)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Data Analyst Trainee to join our team on a full-time, remote basis in India. As a Data Analyst Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals to support data-driven decision-making across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources.
Analyze data using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Assist in the creation of ad-hoc reports and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
Support data integration and ensure the accuracy and integrity of datasets.
Help in automating data collection and reporting processes for increased efficiency.
Continuously learn and apply best practices in data analysis and data science.

Requirements

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).
Basic understanding of SQL and database querying.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
