RadiusAI is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join our innovative team. This role involves developing dynamic, responsive, and scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience with ReactJS and modern web technologies.
Familiarity with react-query for API integration and state management.
Proficiency in CSS frameworks, especially Tailwind CSS.
Understanding of state management solutions like Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
Knowledge of best practices in code reviews and collaborative development.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Attention to detail and a good eye for user experience (UX).

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with NextJS and its ecosystem.
Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.
Exposure to modern frontend tooling (e.g., ESLint, Prettier).
Basic understanding of UX principles and accessibility (a11y).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize frontend components using React.js and Next.js.
Integrate RESTful APIs and manage data fetching with react-query.
Implement responsive designs with Tailwind CSS while ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Actively participate in code reviews, maintaining high-quality coding standards.
Collaborate with design and product teams to align with UI/UX goals.
Contribute to the overall product architecture, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
Work in a fast-paced startup environment with flexibility and adaptability.
Continuously learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and industry trends.
