Role: Key Account Executive
A Day in the Life of KAE:
  • Work closely with the Growth team to support and assist merchants.
  • Compile and maintain an accurate and up-to-date product catalog across categories and brand partners.
  • Create and manage detailed catalog operation reports (daily/weekly/monthly) for the Growth team.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate catalog operations within defined turnaround times (TAT).
  • Manage listings across various channels, with a strong understanding of channel back-end panels.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends, sharing insights with internal teams.
  • Create and upload catalog configurations on the backend.
 
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Quick to learn and adapt independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Filters, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, SUMIF, COUNTIF, etc.).
  • Understanding of key e-commerce trends.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • E-commerce industry experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Expected Joining: Immediate to 7 days.
