Deputy Sales Manager - Rubber, North
Responsibilities
- Managing sales target, growing the market share in each segment and developing new business through effective lead management in the West Region.
- Managing distributor and working with them to grow the sales and collect payments.
- Communicating with target customers and managing customer relationships. Conducting trials, developing key account plan & strategies, maintaining, and updating customer databases.
- Managing budgets, plan monthly travel based on business requirement.
- Coordinate with R&D for new product development and understand customer requirements to excel Chem-Trend product performance and services.
- Collaboratively work with CSS and back-end team to deliver delightful customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training for customers to ensure proper application and handling of products by operators.
- Provide technical assistance to customers and troubleshoot product and process issues.
- developments and improve networking in Rubber Industry.
- Conduct trials to develop business in Rubber NVH, Friction, Seals, Gaskets, Transmission belt segments, EVA, Hose pipe and conveyor belt application.
Qualifications
- Engineering or Graduate in Rubber/ chemical/ chemistry with 5 - 7 years sales experience in selling rubber speciality Chemicals or R&D/Manufacturing experience in Rubber parts manufacturing industry.
