Job description

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in presales roles across diverse technology domains, including digital, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and Microsoft solutions.
  • Strong ability to engage with and manage multiple stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated success in leading discussions, creating proposals, and driving negotiations towards deal closure.
  • In-depth knowledge of the USA market and business environment.
  • Availability to work during USA Eastern Time (EST) hours.
  • Certifications or experience in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity frameworks, data analytics tools).
  • Prior experience in a commission-based sales model.
  • A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to engage with prospects and support deal closures across diverse domains, including digital transformation, cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and Microsoft solutions.
  • Understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the presales process, ensuring alignment between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Provide clear and transparent updates, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
  • Lead client meetings, workshops, and presentations to understand business needs and articulate how proposed solutions meet those requirements.
  • Steer conversations towards deal closure by demonstrating the value of proposed services.
  • Leverage deep understanding of the USA market to address region-specific client needs and challenges.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in digital, data, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies to propose innovative solutions.
  • Deliver hands-on presales consultancy services, including functional assessments and solution scoping across multiple technology domains.
  • Demonstrate expertise in assessing and recommending technology strategies, focusing on business outcomes.
