Multimedia Designer/ Graphics Designer

3 Month Contract

Location: South Africa - Remote

Some information about the role/ business.

You will be joining a large (40,000 + staff) corporate business in the health insurance market. The business has diversified and created a number of specialist consultancy practices – one being the Culture Change Practice (which is where the role currently sits). This team supports both internal Gallagher with cultural / leadership and change initiatives but predominantly works with external clients helping to drive business performance through cultural leadership transformation and training.

The role itself will work across the entirety of our propositions, including working directly with client accounts (not facetime with client but working on client projects). This will be working as a creative all-rounder getting involved in a multitude of creative tasks from graphic design to video editing and animation. The first task will be taking a brand consolidation work, supporting the creation of brand guidelines and rules – to then apply that across 100’s of assets.

Day duties / Job description -

Supporting the creation of brand guidelines and design principles

Rebranding existing assets to new branding (using mainly Canva) *must have extensive experience with working within Canva

Building training assets and models to fit with existing brand

Working alongside our product development team to edit talking head green screen videos – including adding captions and kinetic typography
