We are currently looking for a Manager Business Applications (m/f/d) for OTT HydroMet. The main responsibility of the Manager Business Applications is to monitor the behaviour of all OTT business applications, in particular ERP systems, review business processes to gain a complete understanding of current procedures, maintain existing developments, create new solutions based on business requirements and monitor and improve database performance and health.

This role will be reporting to the IT Director.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.
• Manage project budget and resource utilization.
• Build and evaluate business advancement processes together with the business process owners and the development team
• Carry out Analysis of present processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes
• Create and implement initiatives, business process development, and operative process management
• Inspect effectiveness of active process improvement initiatives and make useful recommendations
• Collect information and evaluate them in the alignment of project goals and organization goals
• Facilitate Change Management process following SOX requirements
• Implementation and roll out of standard processes
• User training on business processes with the business applications
• User support for issues and process understanding
• Reporting requirements by using MS SQL and Power BI techniques
  
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Career changers with similar founded experience are also welcome.
• min. 5+ years experience in developing ERP related solutions in Syteline and first leadership experience.
• Microsoft or other software certifications is a benefit.
• Strong understanding of database technologies & ERP Environments as well as experience in providing extended user support.
• Intermediate English level in verbal and writing are a requirement
