Job description

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Data Protection Specialist. We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:

Development of privacy policies and internal policies for the protection of personal data
Preparation and analysis of data processing documentation (DPA, SCC, Joint Controllers Agreements)
Filling out Records of Processing Activities
Assistance in conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments
Responding to requests from data subjects and supervisory authorities

Requirements:

Russian language C1
English language B2
Excellent understanding of the Personal Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Nice to have:

DPP,DPM,DPT,CIPP/E certification
Law degree
