AI (NLP) Engineer

Surglogs is a health technology startup that broke through the US market. We have managed to digitize processes for hundreds of surgery centers and hospitals in 49 states in the US.

Healthcare professionals and patient safety are crucial to us at Surglogs. Keeping it in mind led us to the most critical point: compliance. Our technology improves patient safety, transforms healthcare compliance operations, and frees up significant time for medical staff.

About the position:

Place of work: Remote - Slovakia or Czechia, or from our Bratislava office

Remuneration: from 4000 EUR/m (depending on your skills and experience)

You could be a great fit if

You have experience with Natural Language Processing.

You know how to work with Neural Networks

You know what RAG is and how it works

You have some experience with relational databases (Postgres, etc.)

You have experience with REST APIs (or FastAPI)

You have patience and a keen eye for detail.

You are a great communicator, focused on results, and able to take ownership of a given codebase.

You can embrace a little bit of startup chaos and punk.
