We’re now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support our growth and join our Therapy team!

The Product Marketing Manager is a strategic key role and will be responsible for telling our product story to the market, being overall responsible for all product marketing efforts for Therapy globally. This role will position and differentiate our products, defining the value propositions and ICPs as well as being the expert on the competitive landscape.

Together with local and specialized marketing managers this role will shape the GTM strategies but also oversee product features launches as well as pricing and packaging initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to build successful campaigns as well as launching tailored product solutions across different strategic partners.

The position reports into the VP of Marketing, is a full-time permanent position, and is fully remote. 🚀

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Position and differentiate our products, defining the value propositions and ICP’s

  • Being expert on the competitive landscape in our core markets.

  • Owning the GTM Strategy but execution and measurement in cooperation with local and specialized marketing managers

  • Making sure our pricing and packaging are relevant and compelling

  • Owning processes to communicate product features and launches to both internal teams and external customers and prospects.

  • Build compelling sales assets and enablement tools for use globally

  • Partner closely with the Product and Sales teams to shape the product roadmap and serving as the bridge between technical functionality and customer value proposition

  • Collaborate with both demand generation and the marketing managers to develop multi channel campaigns that increase activation and retention in core markets

  • Make strategic partnership recommendations and launch tailored solutions with important partners

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. 

In addition, our humble wishlist includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business administration

  • 7+ years experience in product marketing

  • Experience developing content and customer communications in SaaS B2B products

  • Strong analytical, critical, and creative-thinking skills

  • Strong attention to detail with a bias towards execution and productivity (this is both a strategic and tactical role)

  • Excellent communication and project management skills - you will own complex launches and partnership initiatives that require working with a diverse set of stakeholders

  • Proven track record of success setting and achieving ambitious goals

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
