The Project

We are looking for a SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultant to join an international team working on a key global project. This role involves delivering end-to-end SAP implementation and support services, from onboarding to hyper-care support. You will collaborate with a mixed team of consultants from Mexico, the United States, and Germany, ensuring a seamless and efficient delivery of the project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the end-to-end project lifecycle, including:Onboarding, blueprinting, and training.Drafting functional specifications.Data migration using LSMW.SAP configuration/customization.Test preparation, execution, and support.Cutover, go-live, and hyper-care support.
• Onboarding, blueprinting, and training.

• Develop documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to the support organization.

Must-Haves

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO module implementation and support, specifically in S/4HANA environments.
• Experience with SAP tools, including LSMW for data migration.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration (customizing) and process mapping.
• Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines in a multicultural team setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

• Experience working on global projects with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SAP project methodologies and best practices.
