Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Digital Creative Assistant to support our Marketing Project Managers and collaborate with our UX/UI Designers, UX Writers, and Web Content Writers. This role is essential in ensuring seamless project execution, creative asset coordination, and efficient communication across teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Coordination
    • Assist Marketing Project Managers in planning, organizing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns and creative projects.
    • Ensure all team members are aligned on deadlines, deliverables, and priorities.
    • Maintain and update project documentation, timelines, and task lists in project management tools.
  2. Creative Asset Management
    • Coordinate with UX/UI Designers, UX Writers, and Content Writers to gather, organize, and deliver creative assets.
    • Review and ensure quality and consistency of creative materials across platforms.
    • Manage digital asset libraries to ensure accessibility and organization for the team.
  3. Content Collaboration
    • Work closely with writers and designers to brainstorm and develop concepts for marketing campaigns, website updates, and digital projects.
    • Provide feedback on drafts or designs to ensure alignment with project goals.
  4. Stakeholder Communication
    • Serve as a point of contact between marketing and creative teams, facilitating efficient communication.
    • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, creative reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
  5. Performance Tracking
    • Monitor the performance of creative deliverables, gathering insights to inform future projects.
    • Assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing campaign outcomes and creative insights.
  6. Administrative Support
    • Maintain organized records of creative projects and marketing materials.
    • Support marketing initiatives by conducting research, gathering insights, and preparing recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or creative environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or Trello).
    • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and digital marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing metrics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to suggest ideas and solutions during project discussions.
