Salary range: £25,000-£30,000

Drivvn is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing efforts at a fast-growing automotive SaaS startup. Working as a part of the Operations team, you will assist in executing a variety of marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and supporting the company’s overall growth strategy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of marketing channels, from digital marketing to content creation, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the success of our B2B automotive SaaS products. You will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to meet business objectives.

Marketing Campaign Execution:

  • Support Marketing Strategy: Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies for our automotive SaaS product, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Campaign Coordination: Help coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Assist in the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and case studies, ensuring it aligns with the overall marketing strategy and resonates with target audiences.
  • SEO Support: Contribute to the execution of the SEO strategy, optimizing content to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings.


Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  • Manage Social Media Accounts: Create impactful content and manage the company’s social media profiles (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.), ensuring regular posting of relevant content and engaging with followers.
  • Paid Advertising Support: Assist in executing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads), optimizing for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.


Event Support:

  • Event Planning: Support in planning and coordinating participation in key automotive events, trade shows, and webinars both in the UK and abroad. This may include organizing logistics, creating promotional materials, and pre-event engagement with attendees.


Market Research & Insights:

  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on competitors and market trends, providing insights to inform marketing strategy.
  • Customer Segmentation: Assist in identifying target audience segments and gathering data to refine marketing campaigns and improve targeting.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals, providing support for lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
  • Product & Customer Success Support: Collaborate with product and customer success teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and create content that addresses these insights.


Reporting & Data Analysis:

  • Track Key Metrics: Help track and report on key marketing metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
  • Performance Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regular marketing reports, tracking the performance of campaigns and providing recommendations for optimisation.


Qualifications & Skills:

Essential:

Experience: 3+ years in a marketing role, ideally within an agency, SaaS, automotive, or technology-focused company.

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong interest or experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

  • Content Creation: Experience with writing or creating content for blogs, social media, or other digital platforms.
  • Experience with marketing platforms like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook and others.
  • Social Media Savvy: Able to manage social media platforms and creating engaging posts.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and the ability to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively across departments, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.


Desirable:

  • Marketing Software Knowledge: Experience in marketing automation tools + CRM systems.
  • Event Experience: Experience of event coordination
  • Industry Knowledge: Interest in or familiarity with the automotive industry and SaaS business models.
