As our team is quickly growing, we are looking for a Senior People Partner to join our dynamic and innovative Human Resources department. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to shape and develop our company's most valuable asset: our people. We are seeking a passionate, skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to finding and nurturing talent.

Your responsibilities will include implementing strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the HR Department.
  • Support of HR processes — on-boarding, one-on-ones, performance reviews, off-boarding.
  • Assist with the development of HR policies for the company with regard to employee relations.
  • Regular communication with employees and feedback through channels such as corporate meetings, newsletters, etc.
  • Consult management regarding employee relations issues and suggest solutions.
  • Manage company benefits.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 5 years experience as HR in IT
  • Strong understanding of the HR process: On-boarding, Adaptation, Performance Review, Off-boarding, 1:1 etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels
  • High level of teamwork and networking
  • Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High level of responsibility, result-focus, and attentiveness
  • Proactive approach and curiosity
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • At least an Intermediate level of English

Would be a plus:

  • Academic experience as an HR (courses, training, certificates)
  • Experience in companies of 500+ people
  • Organizing and holding events online
