Expert Corporate Solutions T&A

We are looking for german speaking Expert Corporate Solutions T&A to join our team in Poland.

As an Expert Corporate Solutions T&A you are a member of a dynamic and motivated team and work on the technical support of IT applications in the areas of workforce management, workflow management and many more. You are the contact person for the end users and advise them on technical questions regarding these IT applications as well as in the entire IT environment. You are part of the project team when implementing new solutions and are supported by internal and external service providers.

Key accountabilities:

• Ensuring the operation of the IT solutions of the Corporate Solutions department
• Advising and supporting end users in the use of IT applications
• Analysis, classification and elimination of system malfunctions of the supported systems according to defined standards
• Participation in projects, also with service providers and service partners
• Carrying out functional and integration tests, including the rectification of faults and errors according to defined standards
• Conducting existing training courses at our locations for key and end users

Key requirements:

• Completed vocational training as IT specialist for system integration or application development or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the IT environment
• First work experience is an advantage
• Practical experience in direct end user support
• Good SQL knowledge (MS SQL®, ORACLE®)
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Experience with ServiceNow desirable
• Fluent in spoken and written German
• good English skills
