Sales Director – Enterprise Online

(Remote US- This role requires 75% travel across North America)

Position Summary:

Enspire for Enterprise is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our Enterprise Team. A successful Enterprise Sales Director is extremely talented, strategic, and possesses background providing digital solutions to large enterprises, and multi-location and franchise organizations. Responsible for selling to senior executives at large enterprises throughout the United States, the ideal candidate must be comfortable having in-depth interaction with top executives. 

The Enterprise Sales Director’s focus will entail selling best-in-class digital marketing solutions to prospective Enterprise and Franchise and Multi-location clients.  He or she will drive revenue by successfully identifying and fostering prospect relationships resulting in closed sales. Leveraging the value or our market-leading business management platform, a successful Sales Director will consult with prospective clients to consult on website development, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and social advertising solutions.  This position requires strong consultation skills and excellent solutions knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective companies, research and engage key influencers and executive level decision makers to build and cultivate a material sales funnel.
  • Engage prospects to identify website, digital marketing, and platform integration needs; partner with Solutions Architecture team to translate needs into tangible requirements.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architect and Subject Matter Expert team to construct cohesive online marketing solutions; collaborate on client-facing presentations and proposals
  • Lead client facing presentations with executive level stakeholders, travel to client locations as needed
  • Effectively negotiate client terms, lead review and execution of agreements.
  • Develop, nurture and grow relationships with internal and external stakeholders in support of strengthened client relationships and increased client success.
  • Responsible for actively working with VP of Sales on sales plans, target accounts, key projects and growth plans for customer base. Assist in planning and forecasting
  • Attend relevant trade shows and networking events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience (5+ years in enterprise sales in SEO, PPC, SMM, and website solutions).
  • Strong solutions selling experience, ability to identify prospect need and translate into solutions requirements; track record of successfully managing complex sales cycles of 6-12 months.
  • History of creating and maintaining relationships with current and positive prospective clients; experienced selling enterprise level marketing or technology solutions to C-level executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled in creating and editing professional proposals in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to collaborate across function and facilitate discussions in order to develop agreed-upon recommendations.
  • Strong, demonstrable sales aptitude and a hunter mentality. History of effective pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Maintain strong understanding of high value online marketing solutions, technology solutions, and industry trends, including up to date digital marketing best practices and website architectures and platforms.

Salary Range (US Only):

The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.

Other Compensation (US Only):

Sales positions may be eligible to participate in the business commission plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
