The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join FURTHER. This person will be responsible for optimizing our revenue generation processes, ensuring accurate and timely pipeline reporting, and serving as the HubSpot administrator. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor in strategizing and executing initiatives that drive organizational success, leveraging their ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Own
  • HubSpot Administration: Own and optimize HubSpot processes, acting as the primary HubSpot administrator.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align goals, strategies, and processes.

  • Revenue Operations Enhancement: Build out reports, run processes, and bring industry best practices to further improve our revenue operations.

  • Revenue Operations Management: Own and optimize the entire revenue operations process, including lead generation, sales enablement, deal closure, and customer retention.

  • Best Practices and Process Development: Develop and implement best practices, policies, and processes related to revenue operations and data management.

What You’ll Bring
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

  • Revenue Operations Experience: 3+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, preferably in a high-growth B2B environment.

  • HubSpot Expertise: Extensive knowledge of HubSpot and experience serving as a HubSpot administrator.

  • Problem solving: Strong ability to understand a problem set, identify impacted stakeholders, and create an all-encompassing solution

  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships.

  • Startup experience: Proven track record of working in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset.

Bonus Points
  • Proficiency in project management systems, customer service help desks, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.

  • Prior experience with Vitally, Metabase, and Clickup platforms.

  • Strong SQL skills.

  • Previous work history involving collaboration with consultants or external agencies.

Compensation Band

Our openings span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is between $95,000 to $125,000 USD. The provided salary depends on many factors, such as location, work experience and transferable skills, business needs and impact, and market demands.
