We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Transaction Management Assistant to join our team and support a busy real estate agent.

Responsibilities:

Contract Management:
Separate complex real estate contracts into individual parts for easier organization and reference.
Assist with data entry of contract information into the client's CRM system (training provided).
Ensure all documents are properly filed and readily accessible.

Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Software Proficiency:
Basic understanding of real estate transaction management software (Aframe preferred, but trainable).
Familiarity with DocuSign is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with administrative tasks in a professional setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
