Our opportunity:

The Engagement Manager is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success, client satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth. This individual will be a strategic advisor, managing multiple projects and fostering collaboration to meet organizational objectives. You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients to understand their goals and needs and serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and escalations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for client growth and engagement and oversee and manage the lifecycle of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align deliverables with client expectations, develop detailed project plans, and monitor progress, adjusting as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Work closely with clients to develop tailored strategies that address their needs and objectives.
  • Analyze and report on engagement performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to deliver cohesive service.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding services or upselling within existing client accounts.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client engagement, project management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and practical knowledge of scaled Agile framework (e.g. SAFe).

You excel in these key competencies: 

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and client accounts successfully.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and provide strategic insights.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce ) is a plus.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Team-oriented and able to collaborate across diverse groups.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range or on-target earnings (base salary + on-target incentives) for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $185,000 to $200,000 a year, and outside of those locations, it is $175,000 to $190,000 a year. The salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.  This position is also eligible for equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
