In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring timely and accurate financial reimbursement for health insurance claims. If you have a proven track record in reimbursement processes, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure, we want to hear from you!
A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting staff with training, questions, problems and backlog
- Meeting with staff weekly as a group and monthly on an individual basis, and providing performance feedback as applicable
- Receiving, reviewing, approving, and /or denying revenue adjustments under $250.00 or as designated by the client
- Receiving, reviewing, approving, and/or denying time off requests and timesheets from staff
- Coordinating month-end process and completing it on or before the deadline dates assigned
- Assisting managers with analyzing weekly/monthly reports such as denial and transaction report
- Participating in the training and/or mentoring programs

- 2-4 years related work experience
