 Responsibilities:

  • Correctly update daily/weekly/monthly data for dashboards
  • Double check the accuracy of data for dashboards and fix when necessary
  • Tend to individual analyst requests
    • Purchasing
    • Pricing
    • Data tracking and gathering
  • Aid in the creation of dashboards and presentations
  • Analyze and learn from prior decision mistakes and successes
  • Abide by and aid in the development of systems
    • Increase efficiency in systems

 Qualifications:

  • Understanding of excel/gsheets basic formulas and functions
  • Experience with dashboards and creating presentations
  • Technologically savvy and quick on a computer - ability to learn and apply new skills in a changing environment
  • Must be able to problem solve and troubleshoot
  • Must be willing and ready to learn
  • Self-motivated to seek out work when daily tasks are completed
  • Good written and verbal communication skills: Able to deliver professional relationships through clear communication to colleagues, team members and clients
  • Team Player, Reliable, Collaborative, communicates constructively, listens actively.  Consistently shows commitment to the team, shares openly and willingly. 
  • Can accommodate rapidly shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities

 Desired Experience

  • Experience as a personal assistant or team assistant
  • Experience with creating presentations and dashboards 
  • Experience working with little supervision and changing daily tasks
  • Experience in making many important decisions on a daily/weekly basis
