A day in the life.

As our Aviation Client Account Executive, you will support Producers by providing high level expertise, technical detail, and client service to aviation and aerospace clients and account teams. You will be knowledgeable of coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, legislative changes, and maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives. Exercise independent decisions relating to client analysis of coverage, recommending coverage needs, and suggesting new lines of coverage for existing clients, as appropriate. Develop strong relationships with carriers and develop an executive renewal marketing strategy in partnerships with multiple Producers.

  • You are curious, humble and love solving problems.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation coverage lines and markets.
  • Knowledge and experience with supporting lines of coverage.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and a strong understanding of insurance math concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
  • Minimum Ten years of insurance industry experience.
  • P&C License
  • Strong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and market contacts, including excellent communication skills and service orientation, cooperative nature, and tactfulness to resolve client and company problems.
  • Ability to utilize leadership skills by providing direction, constructive feedback, development and training while additionally being able to motivate others to maximize productivity and team morale.
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Advanced degree
  • Certification or designation
  • Aviation/Aerospace experience a plus

The applicable base salary range for this role is $90,100 to $167,900.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
