What You'll Do

• Collaborate with application development teams to streamline and optimize DevOps processes, ensuring consistency, best practices, and the use of cutting-edge tools and standards.
• Create and implement robust security solutions in integrated development environments.
• Bring your expertise in DevSecOps to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient systems.
• Conduct security scanning, remediation, release management, and operational support for critical systems.
• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end solutions, leveraging AWS and other technologies to drive impactful results.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and leadership to align technical solutions with business needs.
  
  

What You Bring

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in DevSecOps and practical application of its principles.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Java, JavaScript, SQL, Spring Boot, Oracle, HTML, JQuery, and Bootstrap.
• A history of success in leveraging AWS for secure and scalable solutions.
  

Incentives/Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with Navy Data or other defense-related projects.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Certifications in Agile, SAFe, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with defect tracking tools like Atlassian JIRA and a deep understanding of DevSecOps principles.
  
  

Eligibility Requirements

• A DOD Top Secret Clearance is mandatory for this position.

Salary: $120000 - $130000 per year
