Financial Controller Opportunity | Flexible Remote Work | Strategic Leadership Role 
Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (3–4 days per week)

Our Client
 Our client operates within the retail sector, managing multiple locations and offering high-quality products and services to their customers. They are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Financial Controller to lead their financial operations. This role provides the flexibility of remote work while allowing you to contribute strategically to the business's success.

The Role
 As a Financial Controller, you will:
  • Ensure accurate monthly reconciliations and maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Leverage the "Frameworks" ERP system for comprehensive financial management.
  • Oversee and improve financial processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) staff to maintain smooth operations.
  • Train and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and drive high performance.
We Are Searching For
 A results-driven professional with:
  • A CA or CPA qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to deliver actionable financial insights.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with "Frameworks" is highly advantageous).
  • A proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
