Job Title: Full-Time Marketing Strategist (OBM)

Location: Remote (AWST Timezone)

Note: Only candidates who meet the required qualifications and proficiency levels in the specified tools would be considered, as these criteria are NON-NEGOTIABLE.

About The Role

Compensation: 2000 AUD per month (paid twice a month)

Schedule: 40 hours/week Mondays to Fridays Perth Time

Availability: ASAP

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who is highly skilled in strategic marketing, excels in content creation, and has a proven track record of success in marketing service-based businesses. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring timely delivery and maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-level strategic marketing plans tailored to a service-based business.
  • Design and manage effective email campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media channels, including YouTube and YouTube Shorts.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement strategies quickly to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Plan, design, and execute marketing automations using tools such as ManyChat, Zapier, and Mailchimp.
  • Develop creative lead magnets and campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  • Create marketing content using tools like Canva, Opus Clip, and CapCut, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads, to optimize ROI.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing service-based businesses (mandatory).
  • Expertise in marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, automation tools, and video editing software.
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong creative skills with a knack for implementing trends and developing innovative campaigns.
  • Forward-thinking and highly efficient, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing content creation and ensuring timely delivery of finalized materials.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within AWST timezone requirements.
