Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on sales and non-tech roles, preferably within the edtech industry. If you have a knack for volume hiring and enjoy contributing to a fast-paced, results-driven team, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for sales and non-tech roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS tools.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage volume hiring campaigns efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in sales and non-tech hiring.
  • Proven track record of success in volume hiring, with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in the edtech industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a remote setup.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
