Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive landscape plans, from conceptual layouts to detailed designs.
Utilize Rhino 3D to create precise models, renderings, and visualizations for projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align landscape and architectural designs.
Conduct site analyses, evaluating topography, vegetation, and environmental factors.
Prepare and present project proposals, drawings, and visual materials to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, environmental standards, and project budgets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in landscape design and architectural projects.
Proficiency in Rhino 3D is essential; experience with Grasshopper and other architectural software is a plus.
Knowledge of planting design, hardscape materials, and construction methods.
Strong organizational and project management skills for handling multiple projects.
Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
