Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Counselor, Bi-Lingual (English-Spanish, Creole, Portuguese), Telehealth, Florida to join our team!

Our team consists of Speech, Occupational, and Psychological testing /diagnosing, Counselors, Behavioral, Music and Art Therapy services that work together to meet the needs of the whole child. Scheduling is flexible, so each therapist can create a healthy work-life balance. This is a W2 position or contract position.
At a Glance:
- Remote, work from home position
- PT & FT, 1099 & W2 options
- Caseload flexibility, 10 hours/week minimum
- Availability: After school, evenings and weekends highly preferred (to match demand)
- Paid Indirect time / Admin hours commensurate to caseload
- W2 positions: 401k and 9 Paid Bank Holidays
- W2 positions: $500 Annual Continuing Ed Stipend for
- Case consultation, team support and professional development are all available
- Must be willing to work with children from diverse backgrounds
- Pediatric population, with limited opportunity to see adult clients

- Starting @ $57 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Educating clients, family, and caregivers about disorders and therapeutic strategies
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Report progress and current status to appropriate parties, including caregivers, teachers, medical professionals
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- MUST have a valid state issued professional counseling license
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong understanding of conditions, causes and treatments of a variety of disorders.
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency with computers, Zoom and healthcare EMR's.
