The Role:

We’re seeking a Data Visionary—a jack-of-all-trades who’s passionate about pushing the boundaries of data capability. You’ll lead efforts to optimise data performance, create real-time analytics, and build actionable dashboards for customers, leveraging cutting-edge tools like AI and machine learning.

What You'll Do:

· Elevate Data Performance: Solve clunky data issues, improve database efficiency, and build performant structures using Azure SQL and COSMOS.

· Innovate Dashboards: Design and implement intuitive, real-time dashboards and KPIs using tools like Power BI, SSRS, and Tableau.

· Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the CTO, development teams, and customers to understand and exceed their needs.

· Build BI Service Offerings: Develop solutions that streamline airline processes and provide actionable insights for business decisions.

· Enable Self-Service Analytics: Support end-users with training and create tools that empower them to harness data independently.

Your Skills & Experience:

· 3+ years of experience in BI or data analytics roles.

· Strong SQL skills and a knack for optimising data processes.

· Experience with Azure environments, COSMOS, and modern BI tools like Power BI

· Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

· A self-starter mindset with a passion for working independently in a fully remote environment.

· Bonus: Familiarity with the airline or travel industries.
