Position: AU Mortgage Admin Assistant

Location: Central Luzon or NCR

Work setup & shift: Remote | Day Shift

Your Role

As an AU Mortgage Admin Assistant you are responsible for:

  • Provide general administrative support to the broker
  • Assist in tracking loan applications from submission to settlement and ensure that they are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Check and verify details on the information sheet
  • Create, maintain, and update customer information
  • Reach out to customers to confirm or follow up on missing information via phone or email
  • Constantly update customers on the progress of their application
  • Data entry and management of different software, portals and CRM
  • Reach out to lenders for follow-ups and status updates
  • Assist in handling customer queries when needed
  • Constantly upgrade policy and product knowledge through ongoing training
  • Email management
  • Document management including naming documents, saving in customers' folders, processing "next step" requirements in CRM
  • Manage and update database
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications And Experience

  • 3 years of experience in administrative and document processing tasks related to Australian mortgages.
  • Experienced in processing Australian Mortgages from submission through to settlement.
  • Experience in ApplyOnline, MS Outlook & Excel, and Adobe
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who has the drive to learn, and grow with his/her role.
  • Ability to multi-task and achieve deadlines.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High organizational skills.
  • Australian loan processing experience is a plus.
  • Has a good attitude, grounded, happy, and high-energy personality
  • Someone who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Someone who is not afraid to ask questions, has a sense of urgency, has initiative, and proactive
  • Fast learner and willing to be trained
