Your Role

As An E-Learning Program Officer, You Are Responsible For

Strategic Planning

Develop a comprehensive Masterclass strategy aligned with the brand’s vision and goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design an innovative, engaging curriculum.

Content Creation

Oversee the development of course content from ideation to final delivery.
Work closely with video production teams to create high-quality educational videos.

Platform & Curriculum Management

Implement and manage courses using LMS platforms like Rise360 or Thinkific.
Ensure the curriculum is structured to engage learners effectively and promote retention.

Marketing Collaboration

Partner with the Marketing Manager to devise a launch strategy for the Masterclass.
Build pre-launch anticipation and drive post-launch engagement through innovative campaigns.
Assist in creating social media, email marketing, and influencer collaboration strategies to expand reach and impact.

Brand Alignment

Ensure the Masterclass reflects the brand’s identity while appealing to new and existing audiences.
Collaborate with branding teams to maintain consistency across all materials.

Trend Monitoring

Stay updated on eLearning trends, digital marketing innovations, and industry shifts to ensure the Masterclass remains relevant and cutting-edge.

Non-negotiable requirements:

At least 5 years of proven experience in course design, e-learning development, or curriculum creation, particularly in the personal development, beauty, or business sectors.
Demonstrated ability to work with high-profile entrepreneurs, founders, or CEOs.
Proficiency in LMS platforms like Rise360 and Thinkific.
Skilled in video production and creating engaging, visually appealing educational content.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media strategy.
Exceptional project management skills with a track record of managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
