Job description

At IBMC, we specialize in a range of crucial business services. Our expertise extends across consulting, legal support, HR and recruiting, tax and accounting services, incorporation assistance, and market research. This diverse array of services ensures that we provide comprehensive support to businesses navigating the complexities of today's market, both in Indonesia and internationally.

Tasks

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with client's business goals
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compensation programs
  • Establish and uphold HR procedures and policies
  • Organize and conduct training and development programs for our team
  • Support our efforts in creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace


Requirements

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource, preferably in a start-up environment
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar role
  • Experienced in remote work, and well-versed in the technological landscape and the dynamic digital sector.
  • Proficiency in HR functions (payroll, benefits, recruitment, training, etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office
