• Provide vital mobile services to a predominately female caseload from a range of funding bodies: NDIS, Aged Care and private clients.
• Utilise evidence-based treatment with a client centred approach and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes for your clients.
• Advocate for your client’s and improve their wellbeing by writing comprehensive reports for relevant governing bodies.
• Engage in collaborative case conferencing and reflective practice sessions within a MDT team focused environment to develop as a clinician.
• Be supported by our tailored 1:1 clinical supervision and mentorship as part of our structured support system.
