In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through our email and live-chat platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary and friendly customer support via email and live chat channels
  • Translate our product materials into Portuguese, utilizing user-friendly tools designed for effective communication
  • Regularly moderate translations and support fellow translators to ensure accuracy and consistency

Required Skills
