Job description

We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team! This role is essential in providing top-notch customer support while managing key operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functions. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Core Hours & Benefits:

  • Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm US Pacific Time
  • Additional Hours: Saturday - Sunday, Up to 4 hours/day
  • Base Salary: PHP 40,000- PHP 60,000 monthly depending on experience
  • Bonuses: Monthly and Annual Profit shares
  • Additional Benefits: Equipment Funds, Health Coverage, Paid Holidays & Leave Days
  • Location: Philippines (Remote)


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, chat, and email.
  • Address customer concerns related to orders, billing, and proxy services.
  • Provide technical support to clients and proxy users.


Operational Tasks:

  • Manage billing and invoicing processes, ensuring timely invoices and payments.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Source new leads and onboard new clients and hosts.
  • Maintain detailed records of support interactions and operational tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.


Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer support
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Other requirements preferred:

  • Technical Skills: Strong technical background with understanding of IP, networking, and development.
