Job description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for VIP Facility Managers, managing their pest control service schedules and ensuring all appointments, inspections, and treatments are coordinated effectively.
  • Handle scheduling requests from VIP clients, ensuring all pest control services are booked, confirmed, and adjusted as necessary.
  • Respond to client inquiries and scheduling conflicts, finding appropriate solutions that meet the client’s requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Update and maintain real-time scheduling systems, adjusting for any last-minute changes or cancellations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, technicians, and service personnel to ensure all necessary preparations and resources are in place for scheduled appointments.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure VIP clients are satisfied with pest control services and that all service requests are handled promptly.
  • Provide administrative support by tracking and documenting service appointments, inspections, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate with management and internal teams to ensure that the scheduling process aligns with operational priorities and meets client expectations.
  • Follow up with clients after services to ensure satisfaction and to schedule recurring or necessary follow-up treatments.
  • Monitor and report on upcoming service appointments and outstanding tasks to ensure that all deadlines are met and services are completed on time.
