Salary: Up to £40,000 per year (depending on experience)

Role Overview:

This full-time, permanent position allows you to focus solely on paraplanning tasks, with administrative duties and client-side responsibilities handled separately. The role suits individuals with experience in pension transfers and withdrawals or other financial planning areas, with full training provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Financial Advisors in delivering high-quality financial planning services.

- Manage and prioritize workloads efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

- Handle tasks under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.

- Collaborate with the team on inheritance and pensions tasks (desirable but not essential).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in supporting Financial Advisors.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

- Industry qualifications are a bonus but not essential.

- Experience in inheritance and pensions (desirable).
