Role Overview:

As a Senior Visualfiles Developer, you will play a key role in the development and customization of case management systems and other legal applications. Responsibilities include:

- Designing, developing, and delivering bespoke legal applications to enhance business processes.

- Supporting the integration of Visualfiles with other firm-wide systems, such as the practice management system.

- Identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize workflows through innovation.

- Building and implementing new system solutions, including data analysis and reporting.

- Working closely with the Projects team to plan and execute technology projects.

Experience & Skills Required:

We are looking for candidates with:

- 3+ years of development experience, including designing and delivering bespoke legal applications.

- Prior Visualfiles development expertise.

- Familiarity with Agile software development environments.

- A commercial mindset with the ability to understand client challenges and deliver tailored solutions.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage expectations proactively.

- An innovative approach to developing secure technology solutions.

Main Duties:

- Technical Development: Customizing and configuring off-the-shelf software and building solutions that interface with core business applications.

- Workflow Optimization: Designing process improvement workflows and supporting integration across applications.
