Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Full-Stack Developer (WordPress + PHP) to join our client's team, remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, great communication skills, and the ability to efficiently deliver high-quality projects while taking full ownership of their responsibilities. This role is vital to ensuring the successful execution of our digital initiatives and maintaining the high standards our clients expect. This person will directly report to the IT team, with financial oversight by the company's CFO (Chief Financial Officer).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and custom code.
• Utilize PHP for back-end development to ensure secure and efficient application functionality.
• Collaborate with designers using Figma for design handoff and website implementation.
• Participate in daily team meetings for task allocation and progress updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, meeting project timelines.
• Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and SEO standards.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring deliverables are met within expected timeframes.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer specializing in WordPress and PHP (relevant experience may substitute for a formal degree).
• Expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Great English communication skills to bridge language barriers effectively.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management is definitely a plus.
