Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Investigator to join our esteemed team. This position requires a professional with comprehensive investigative experience, particularly within the Insurance/SIU sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, a passion for the industry, and the ability to work autonomously while adhering to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveillance, activity checks, background investigations, and various other investigative tasks.
  • Collect high-quality surveillance video evidence, ensuring clarity and stability.
  • Adhere to specified formats and timelines for reporting.
  • Prepare written and recorded statements as required.
  • Compile daily reports detailing relevant findings.

Required Skills

  • Proven general investigative experience in Insurance/SIU (3-5 years preferred).
  • C or CC-License for Florida investigators, or equivalent state licensing for candidates in other states.
  • Possession of an all-lines adjuster license is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual capabilities are a plus.
  • Strong computer proficiency and organizational abilities, with a capacity to work independently.
  • Critical thinking, initiative, self-motivation, and meticulous attention to detail are essential traits.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant investigative experience is required.
  • Candidates must have a fully insured, surveillance-ready vehicle equipped with necessary investigative tools.
  • Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius from the home base, with occasional overflow coverage required.
  • Flexibility in work hours, with availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
