TEACHER HOPE CHRISTIAN

SCHOOL Competition #PLSD-2067Hope Christian School is looking to fill a teaching position. You will be teaching Math 30-1 and Math 30-2 synchronously online from your own home, therefore a good reliable internet connection is necessary. Hope Christian School is an online Christian alternate faith-based school within the Prairie Land Public School Division. This is a part time (0.5 FTE), temporary position to commence January 29th, 2025 for the duration of the school year.

Applicant's able to demonstrate proficiency, education and experience in operating in an online learning environment will be given preference and particularly those with experience using Zoom, Canvas as a learning management system and Microsoft Office Suite.

Proficiency with both PC and MAC computer platforms is desirable.

You will display a thorough knowledge of effective teaching strategies and excellent communication skills along with a dedicated approach to learning.

Teachers must hold a valid Alberta teaching certificate.
