Duties and responsibilities:

• Conducting audits of CRM systems and analyzing business processes
• Designing solutions that support sales and marketing processes
• Supervising the data migration process from internal systems to MS Dynamics
• Designing integrations with both local and global systems
• Leading workshops and training sessions in Dynamics 365 in English
• Supporting the design of solution architecture

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
• Documented experience in CRM deployments
• Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insights
• Skilled in designing processes in sales and marketing
• Fluent in English (work in an international environment)
• Microsoft certifications are a plus

By developing cooperation with our partner, we are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join an exciting international project for a leading provider of employee benefits solutions in Central and Eastern Europe. This project involves implementing a CRM solution to support sales processes and integrating Dynamics 365 with advanced marketing and customer insights tools. The role also includes integrating the CRM with the client’s proprietary platform, as well as mobile and web applications, to streamline customer service and optimize lead generation.

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a vital role in designing and refining CRM processes, overseeing data migration, and ensuring seamless integration with both local and global systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a Dynamics 365 expert to work in a dynamic, international setting and make a tangible impact on a high-profile project.
